(01)The challenge
The clinic was excellent. Getting an appointment wasn't.
Phone-only booking meant new patients rang during working hours, waited on hold, or gave up and booked somewhere with a button. Treatment pages explained procedures but not which one you needed.
(02)What we discovered
People don't search for treatments. They search for a result.
"Whiter teeth" or "fix a chipped tooth" comes first; "composite bonding" comes later. Booking should start from the problem, then end in a confirmed time without a phone call.
(03)The approach
A treatment finder
Start with the concern, teeth or skin, health or appearance, and see the treatments that fit, with length and visits up front.
Booking in three steps
Treatment, practitioner and time, your details. A live summary shows exactly what you're booking at every step.
Results with consent
Before/after photos sit behind a clear consent note and a tap to view, next to the practitioner who did the work.
(05)Key screens
Desktop and phone.

Booking is the headline: a treatment search, common concerns as chips, and the next free consultation on the hero image.

(04)Design system
The look, in parts.
Calm and clinical without the cold blue. Coral appears only where you can book.

(09)Designer's note
Clinic sites often sell reassurance and then hand the visitor a phone number. Arbor treats booking as the reassurance: when you can see the time, the practitioner and the cost before you commit, the decision feels safe.
